DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to the new exhibition of one of Berlin’s most beloved artists. Showcasing a vast selection of never-before-seen artworks\, spanning a wide array of techniques\, supports\, and styles. \nForget everything you think you know about art shows\, instead of the stuffy\, boujie\, traditional\, vibes\, this will be a true extravaganza of art filled with exciting\, vibrant\, and colourful art. \nThe exhibition will be opening on the 8th of October in the art space of the Nhow. \nAdditionally\, the first 100 visitors will get a signed limited-edition print. \nAbout the Artist \nI’m Stephan van Kuyk\, a Berlin-based artist. Born 1988 in Basel – Switzerland and moving to New Zealand\, Brazil and Argentina before moving to Berlin in 2015. After a disastrous time in school\, I decided that a ‘real-job’ probably wouldn’t work out for him\, making me decide to go into the creative industries after school. Since starting my career in 2010 I had a chance to exhibit across the world\, curate exhibitions\, open an art gallery\, initiate an online community for artists\, organized art festivals\, gave public talks\, and consulted NFT companies among other activities in the art world. \nAbout the Exhibition \nI’m presenting my new solo art exhibition: This is not an #NFT\, a large body of new works\, as well as some never before seen older works. # \nThis exhibition spans a large number of styles and subjects\, but all works share a pop art soul and the keen sense of irony that is traditional to my works. \nThis is my biggest exhibition so far\, so I’m pushing the boundaries and showcasing some of my best work yet\, transforming the gallery space into a giant art playground rethinking the visitor’s role in the exhibition. \nWhen and Where \nOn the 8th of October at 7 pm is the vernissage for the exhibition\, you are welcome to enjoy a night of music\, art\, and drinks.
